We care about your needs
Team Care is run by a group of qualified and experienced health care professionals. Our home offers residents 24 hour frail care, mid-care and assisted living. Team Care endeavors to provide our residents with professional nursing and care, we offer a warm and loving environment.

On Call
We have doctors on hand to make "house-calls" for any of our residents who are unable to go the doctors rooms. The same is for dentists, physiotherapists, speech therapists and audiologists.

Our Goal
We strive give all our residents the best of care and attention. Also giving peace of mind to their families that their loved ones are being properly cared for.

Visitations
We offer 3 daily visiting times slot. 10:30AM - 11:30AM and 2:00PM - 3:00PM. All adhering to the Covid-19 safety protocols.
