Serenitas Retirement Village

The company focuses on providing quality, affordable accommodation and care options to the elderly and people who want to retire in a community environment. Currently, DSND owns and operates three retirement facilities - Ametis, Altena and Serenitas - which offer services and options to older people with different levels of mobility and dependency. The main goal is to provide affordable, quality accommodation and care to older members of the community, while promoting and improving the overall quality of life of all residents. DSND offers a variety of accommodation options to meet residents' needs, including Independent Living, Assisted Living with extra help, and Accommodation in Care Units for intensive care. Prospective residents can apply for admission to the retirement village of their choice and will be placed on a waiting list which is administered on a transparent basis by the management teams of the retirement village.
