Independent Living
Do you relish your independence but want the reassurance of being part of the Mowana family? Then our gated villages are ideal. By joining one of these villages, you continue to live independently, in your own home but can connect with peers and enjoy the communal facilities and activities.

In Independent Living at Kurume Complex on a Rental Basis
We have one flat available at Kurume Complex. The rent includes water and security, but excludes electricity, and is R5049 for the unit per month for a single occupant and R5498 for a couple.
