Security
Helderberg Manor falls within a larger development known as Heritage Park. In all there are twelve independent villages of various types in this complex, including two Retirement Villages. All security is controlled by Heritage Park management.

The entire Heritage Park complex has palisade fencing and/or high walls all of which also have modern, well maintained electric fencing. Additionally, there is a sophisticated camera network which covers the entire perimeter as well as the internal borders of our estate.

The images from these cameras are transmitted to a control room which is manned on a 24-hour basis. In the event of an emergency or possible threat, armed response is immediately available.

All access points to Heritage Park and Helderberg Manor have cameras which record all vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
