Genevafontein Retirement Village

Genevafontein Retirement Village is located in the attractive suburb of Denver Park, George, in the Western Cape.

The Village is situated on a north facing slope with outstanding views of the Outeniqua Mountains.

It is a well established and beautifully maintained garden village, consisting of 91 units, a Community Centre and a Frail Care facility.

All required services such as shops, banks, churches, medical and recreation facilities are just a short distance from the Village

Frail Care Centre:
The centre offers a 24-hour nursing care service, managed by a Matron with professionally trained nursing staff for a 20 bed facility. In addition, the centre operates a daily clinic service for residents.

The Frail Care Centre manages an Outreach Programme for a Home-Based Care Service for those residents who prefer to stay in their own units whilst receiving nursing care.

Lounge:
The comfortable Lounge is used for various community activities and may be booked for private functions.

There is both a TV and projection screen and the necessary equipment for presentations.

Library:
The well-stocked library caters for all tastes.

Dining Room:
Leads to an outside under-cover entertainment and braai area.

Catering:
We have an on-site Caterer who provides meals daily. Since all residents contribute through a charge in their monthly levy for this facility, they are encouraged to make use of it by ordering mid-day meals. Such orders can be delivered to units at a small additional cost. If required, additional meals and orders for private functions may be arranged in consultation with the Caterer.
