It offers independent living for those over 55, with a lock-up-and-go lifestyle and hotel-like comforts. The facility includes 24-hour security with on-site guards and armed response. Meals are provided three times a day plus two teas in an upmarket dining room or assisted dining rooms. A 24-hour clinic offers frail care facilities staffed by nurses and caregivers. Activities include bingo, darts, snooker, exercise classes, swimming, and quiz evenings. Facilities feature a library, swimming pool, sun deck, garden, and arts and crafts room.
