Ametis Retirement Home

Ametis was DSND’s first retirement initiative and was developed as a five-story residence, offering accommodation to approximately 150 residents in bachelor and one-bedroom units. Ametis also provides care to 8 residents in the Frail Care Unit. Assisted living units for 20 individuals are available on the first floor.

The Company focuses on providing quality, affordable accommodation and care options to the elderly and people who would like to retire in a community environment. Currently, DSND owns and operates three Retirement Facilities – Ametis, Altena and Serenitas – offering services and options to older people with varying levels of mobility and dependency.

DSND Retirement Home offers a vibrant and secure independent living option for seniors who want to enjoy their retirement without the responsibilities of home maintenance. Our community provides the ideal balance between freedom, convenience, and social engagement, enabling residents to live comfortably with access to supportive services.

DSND operates across three retirement facilities: Altena, Ametis, and Serenitas. Each of these offers one-bedroom units as well as open-plan bachelor units, designed for accessibility and ease of living. Residents enjoy a safe and welcoming environment with access to various amenities, including housekeeping services, dining hall meals, and recreational activities.

While independent units at DSND do not require medical assistance, it offers peace of mind knowing help is available if ever needed. Our aim is to promote a worry-free and fulfilling lifestyle, where seniors can embrace their retirement with confidence and a strong sense of community.

DSND’s assisted living option offers a balance between independent living and personal support, providing residents with the help they need while maintaining their dignity and independence. This option is ideal for seniors who require assistance with daily tasks such as medication management, housekeeping, and meals, but do not need full-time medical care.

At Ametis and Altena, the first floor is dedicated to assisted living units, while at Serenitas, the assisted living units are located on the first floor of Serenicare. As with DSND’s independent living option, residents can choose between open-plan and one-bedroom units, designed for comfort, safety and accessibility.

DSND provides comprehensive frail care in both shared and single rooms, creating a safe and supportive environment for residents who require assistance with daily activities or face mobility challenges.

Our qualified nurses and caregivers are on duty 24/7 to ensure professional and compassionate care at all times.
